Learn how to conduct your own Relay for Life at event

The American Cancer Society will host Relay University, a free training workshop for volunteers interested in planning and participating in 2008 Relay for Life events, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 26 at Oasis Senior Center, 800 Marguerite Ave., Corona del Mar.

The workshop will discuss how to become a committee member, a team captain, or a participating cancer survivor or sponsor.
