Boys’ basketball: Harvard-Westlake finishes perfect in league

North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake finished 14-0 in the Mission League after an 89-44 victory over Chaminade. Erik Swoope, the likely league MVP, had 21 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks. Nate Bulluck had 25 points and eight rebounds. The Wolverines are 22-4 overall.
In other Mission League games, Los Angeles Loyola defeated Sherman Oaks Notre Dame, 89-65, to claim second place. Joe Stein had 22 points and Ryan Oliver 18 for the Cubs.
Matt Mounier had 16 points to lead Encino Crespi past Mission Hills Alemany, 71-61.
