It’s time to predict what happens in the City Section football playoffs that begin Friday.

Division I

First round: Narbonne over Locke; Garfield over Taft; Birmingham over Gardena; Carson over Roosevelt; Venice over Sylmar; San Pedro over Fairfax; Dorsey over Palisades; Crenshaw over Arleta.

Quarterfinals: Narbonne over Garfield; Carson over Birmingham; Venice over San Pedro; Crenshaw over Dorsey.

Semifinals: Narbonne over Carson; Crenshaw over Venice.

Final: Narbonne over Crenshaw.

Division II

First round: South East over Bernstein; Lincoln over Bell; San Fernando over Cleveland; Verdugo Hills over South Gate; Van Nuys over North Hollywood; Canoga Park over University; View Park over Jefferson; Eagle Rock over Washington.

Quarterfinals: South East over Lincoln; San Fernando over Verdugo Hills; Van Nuys over Canoga Park; Eagle Rock over View Park.

Semifinals: South East over San Fernando; Van Nuys over Eagle Rock.

Final: South East over Van Nuys.
