Foxboro Heights, a development of eight semi-custom houses by Griffin Homes, opens sales today at 23081 Palm Ave., at Barton Road just east of Interstate 215 in Grand Terrace.
The single-family homes, in two floor plans, have three and four bedrooms in 1,710 to 2,004 square feet. They are priced from $144,950 to $150,950; one financing option available is a graduated-payment mortgage beginning at 7.88% and increasing over five years to 10.95% in the sixth and subsequent years.
Features of the homes include traditional New England architecture, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces with solid oak mantels, ceramic tile entries, separate living, dining and family rooms and three-car garages.
They are on the Honey Hills bluffs overlooking the Inland Empire and the San Bernardino Mountains. The lots are called “pool-sized” by the developer; front yards are landscaped and sprinklered while side and back yards are fenced.
The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
