Fullerton Wrestlers Beat San Jose State

Freshman Paul Halewijn led Cal State Fullerton to an 18-17 win over San Jose State Friday night in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. wrestling match at Fullerton College.
Halewijn, wrestling at 167 pounds, defeated the Spartans’ Matt Torres on a decision, 11-8.
The win improved the Titans’ conference record to 1-2 and overall record to 7-2. San Jose State is 0-3 and 8-6.
