DALLAS — Tetra Pak Inc. will move its corporate headquarters from Dallas to an undetermined location in the Northeast later this year as part of a move to decentralize, company officials announced.
Company spokeswoman Rita Simpson said that the company will sell its 10-acre headquarters complex in Dallas but will retain its $40-million factory in Denton, Tex., northwest of Dallas.
Tetra Pak, a subsidiary of Tetra Pak International of Sweden, manufactures vacuum-sealed aseptic packaging used to store dairy and juice products safely at room temperatures.
