Interpol Will Leave Paris, Move to Lyon

PARIS — Interpol, the international police organization, announced Friday that it would move its headquarters from a posh Paris suburb to Lyon, France’s second-largest city.
The executive committee of the International Criminal Police Organization last week advised the French government and Lyon’s mayor of its decision.
“Construction of a new headquarters will be complete in three to four years maximum,” said an Interpol statement.
