Boggs Heads Park Owners

Logan A. Boggs who, with his partners in Tower Management, Pasadena, owns and operates mobile home communities in 11 western states, was elected president of the Western Mobilehome Assn. at the group’s annual convention in Las Vegas.
Diana Wilks, Sacramento, was elected first vice president; Jeff Moore, San Jose, second vice president; Jeffrey Kaplan. Los Angeles, corporate secretary, and Dick Bessire, Pomona and Roseville, corporate treasurer. All also serve as directors.
Other directors are R. Michael Walter, San Diego; Ken Carpenter, Beverly Hills; Greg Evans, Santa Cruz; Ralph Zorn, Hemet; James Dunn, San Fernando Valley; Bob Baumer, Auburn, and Tom Stone, Modesto.
The Western Mobilehome Assn. represents about 2,000 mobile home park owners, operators and developers in California, offering educational, legal and research services and a legislative program.
