Beacon Court, a 64-unit town house development by Fredricks Development Corp., opens today in Ventura with one- and two-bedroom units priced from $73,900 to $96,600.
Eleven of the 30 units available in the first phase have been sold, according to Dale Post, vice president of Fredricks, a unit of Pacific Lighting Real Estate Group. The units are offered in three floor plans, ranging from 818 to 1,254 square feet. The largest unit has two bedrooms and a den.
First move-ins are scheduled for May. A monthly homeowners association fee of $115 pays for exterior and recreational amenity upkeep, including a swimming pool, spa and extensive landscaping. The development has a security gate.
Features include Cape Cod architecture, vaulted ceilings, carpeting, attached two-car garages, built-in kitchen appliances and walk-in closets.
Three furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1157 Sand Point Drive, reached from the Victoria Avenue exit of the Ventura (101) Freeway.
