Anaconda Building Sold to Laboratory

The 15,000-square-foot former headquarters of the Anaconda Wire & Cable Division at 303 W. Palm Ave., Orange, has been sold to Glidewell Laboratories.
Cost of the property and proposed refurbishment into a modern dental laboratory was about $1.15 million. The transaction was handled by Hobbs-Alan Realtors for the buyer and by Security Pacific Realty Advisory Services for the seller.
