Construction is under way on the $4-million 78,000-square-foot Inland Village shopping in San Bernardino, anchored by National Lumber and a Phil & Jim’s appliance store.
SIMA Partnership Number One, the developers, selected McClellan Cruz Gaylord & Associates, Pasadena-based architectural firm, for the two-building project scheduled for a late summer completion on a triangular site at Mill Street and Inland Center Drive.
