A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder in a shooting at a Whittier church dance. The shooting left one youth dead and two others wounded. Sheriff’s Deputy Laura Moak said the young suspect was being held without bail on suspicion of having fired the shots that killed Ralph Ambriz, 17.
