Jim Rutherford Elected as Chief by Plasterers

Jim Rutherford, chief executive officer of Rutherford Lathing & Plastering Co., Los Angeles, has been elected president of the Contracting Plasterers’ Assn. of Southern California for 1985, succeeding Joe Krader of Zellner Plastering Co., Los Angeles.
Other officers elected were Don Gainer of Pierce Industries, vice president; Dennis Hayward of W. F. Hayward Co., treasurer, and Ian Hendry, association executive manager. Elected to the executive board for two-year terms were Dick Martin of Martin Bros.
Plastering; Bob Heimerl of Mowery-Thomason Inc.; Charlie Ray of Western Plastering; Frank Turley of Statewide Plastering, and Joe Krader of Zellner Plastering Co.
Holdover members for one year include Peter Berger of Berger Bros.; Reg Hayward of W. F. Hayward Co.; Terry Mann of E. F. Brady Co., and John Migliaccio of Migliaccio Plastering. Founded in 1908, the association includes the major plastering contractors in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
