Fire of unknown origin swept through part of a Garden Grove upholstery shop early Tuesday, causing an estimated $75,000 damage, fire officials said. There were no injuries.
The Foam Fabric store at 13106 Harbor Blvd. was unoccupied when the blaze broke out about 3 a.m. in a workshop and storage area, said Paul Ravize, a battalion chief with the Garden Grove Fire Department.
Firefighters put the flames out within 20 minutes, Ravize said. He said that Foam Fabric is located in a small shopping center but that the fire did not spread to other businesses.
Cause of the fire is under investigation.
