County supervisors have awarded a $58,501 contract to J.E.C. Construction Co. of Pomona to improve three streets in Valinda. The work, scheduled for completion by July, includes new curbs and resurfacing on Holton Street between Pass and Covina roads and Avington Avenue, and on Mangate and Roxdale avenues between Wing Lane and Millstone Drive.
