First Phase Completed at Scripps Corporate Plaza

The $25-million first phase of Scripps Corporate Plaza has been completed on Treena Street, between Hibert and Scripps Lake drives in Scripps Ranch, San Diego.
The completed segment consists of three buildings: a six-story, 148,000-square-foot office building, a three-story, 43,000-square-foot office and R & D facility, and a two-story, 42,000-square-foot R & D structure. Phase 2 will add 240,000 square feet to the project and will be started late this year.
