Local News In Brief : Encino Condominium Destroyed by Fire

Acondominium in a 340-unit complex in Encino was gutted by fire Tuesday night, a Los Angeles City Fire Department spokesman said.
The fire, which started about 7 p.m. at the three-story development in the 5400 block of White Oak Avenue, caused $95,000 in damage to the structure and $10,000 damage to the contents of the third-story unit, a Fire Department spokesman said.
There were no injuries and the cause of the fire was under investigation, the spokesman said.
