Malibu : Man Sentenced in Slaying of Ex-Girlfriend

Point Dume resident Kerry Michael Conley was sentenced to 17 years to life in prison for the murder of Marsalee Nicholas in November, 1983. Conley was sentenced by Santa Monica Superior Court Judge Leslie W. Light. He was convicted last month of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Nicholas, a former girlfriend and neighbor.
