David R. Hoods has been named president of Geneva Marketing Services Inc., a new subsidiary of the Geneva Cos. of Santa Ana. Hoods, 48, joins Geneva from the Los Angeles office of Doremus & Company where he has been executive vice president and general manager since 1981.
Geneva is a financial services company which specializes in mergers and acquisitions of mid-size, privately held businesses selling for $50 million and less.
Integrated Digital Products Corp. of Anaheim appointed Gerald Petri director of sales for the company, which manufactures high-speed processors for computers. Petri, 41, has 20 years experience in computer sales and management. He was most recently Midwest regional sales manager for Bluebird Systems in Carlsbad.
