I was and still am mad at KTLA Channel 5 for moving the “20-Minute Workout” from 9:30 a.m. to 5 a.m. So the heck with you, Channel 5, and thank you, Channel 56, for your workout program, “Bodies in Motion,” at 9 a.m. weekdays. It’s great!
