Military Academy Hopefuls Invited to File Application

Rep. Mervyn M. Dymally (D-Compton) is accepting applications from young adults residing in the 31st Congressional District who are interested in entering a military academy in July, 1986.

Dymally will make nominations for appointment to the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y.; U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo.; U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., and U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, N.Y.

Residents ages 17 to 22 in North Long Beach and the Southeast cities of Bellflower, Compton, Lynwood and Paramount may apply for a nomination by writing Congressman Mervyn M. Dymally, Attention: Mary Twitty, 1717 Longworth House Office Building, Washington, D.C., 20515.
