Hollywood to Gain Apartment Complex

Construction has begun on St. James Club, a 300-unit apartment structure located on the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Fuller Avenue in the Hollywood Hills.
The $20-million structure, designed by Maxwell Starkman Associates of Beverly Hills for the Urban Venture Corp., will consist of 28 two-bedroom, two-bath units, 212 one-bedroom, one-bath units and 60 junior one-bedroom suites. Each will have its own balcony.
