FCC Commissioner From Glendale OKd by Senate

WASHINGTON — The Senate on Friday confirmed Dennis R. Patrick for a full seven-year term on the Federal Communications Commission. Patrick, 34, a native of Glendale, Calif., has served on the commission since 1983.
