Lawndale Pair Join W. Hollywood Staff

Lawndale Planning Director Mark Winogrond and Lloyd Long, recreation and social services chief, will leave this week for jobs in West Hollywood.
Winogrond, who has been with the city for five years, will become the director of community development in West Hollywood.
Long, an 11-year veteran of City Hall, will become director of human services.
