Volunteers like myself have felt helpless under Fred Croton to do anything about his wanton and puzzling way of handling us and his staff.
It was of great relief to read that an investigation is being conducted. Michaelson has written fairly and even poignantly of the conditions in the Cultural Affairs Department.
