A 7-year-old San Jose girl may have been the latest victim of the so-called Red Car Rapist, who has attacked a dozen preteen girls over the last three years, police said. “We consider him an extremely dangerous individual--a homicide waiting to happen,” said a spokesman for the San Jose Police Department. In the dozen attacks, the spokesman said, the suspect drove a red car, carried a gun and often stalked his victims before abducting them and sexually assaulting them. The victims, aged 2 1/2 to 12, were all residents of low-income apartment or condominium complexes, he said.
