WASHINGTON — Rep. Thomas Kindness of Ohio has decided to seek the Republican nomination for the Senate next year in a bid to unseat Democrat John Glenn, Kindness aides said today. Kindness, a former mayor of Hamilton, Ohio, plans to make a formal announcement next Wednesday.
