Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach said it bought the Woodbridge Walk-In Medical Clinic in Irvine from Dr. Claire Weidemier. Peter Foulke, Hoag’s senior vice president of finance, declined to release the exact amount of the cash sale, but said that it was under $1 million. Weidemier will continue to manage the clinic, which she founded five years ago.
