Costa Mesa : Outgoing Manager to Speak on City Changes

Outgoing City Manager Fred Sorsabal will be the guest speaker Wednesday when the Costa Mesa Historical Society holds its regular membership meeting.
Sorsabal, who will leave his post next month to assume leadership of the Orange County chapter of the Shrine organization, will speak on the changes that have taken place in Costa Mesa during his 15 years as city manager.
Admission to the 7:30 p.m. meeting is free and refreshments will be served at a reception after the speech. The Costa Mesa Historical Society building is at the corner of Plumer and Anaheim streets.
