Seminar Series on Title 24 to Be Held in 4 Cities

A series of seminars entitled “All You Need to Know About Title 24 (of the California residential energy standards) to Build Cost-Effective Housing” will be presented during October in four Southland cities by Richard A. Palmer.
The seminars will be presented in Riverside Oct. 3, San Diego Oct. 8, Orange County Oct. 15 and Los Angeles Oct 17. Palmer is principal of R. A. Palmer Energy Management Engineering Inc., 1910 E. Warner Ave., Santa Ana, from which exact places and times may be obtained.
The price is $295 a person, with company discounts available. The daylong sessions are directed toward builder personnel responsible for selecting the most economical construction methods and will include luncheon, comprehensive easy-reference manual, product displays and regular follow-up “Energy Update” newsletters.
