Law Firm Signs Lease for Space in Downtown L. A.

McLaughlin & Irvin, a law firm, has signed the first lease in the Grand Financial Plaza, under construction in downtown Los Angeles.
The firm leased 20,000 square feet at a total consideration of more than $7 million for 15 years. Currently located in the Security Bank Building in Los Angeles, the firm expects to occupy Grand Financial Plaza, 801 S. Grand Ave., in March.
Treptow Development Co. of Houston owns the project, and Gilbert M. Jordan of Jordan & Associates of Los Angeles is consulting tenant developer for the law firm.
