Deadline Nears for Sales Council Award Entries

Deadline is noon Thursday for entries in the SAM (sales and marketing) Awards of the Sales & Marketing Council of the San Diego Building Industry Assn., according to Susan Turbin, chairman of the 11th annual event.
Marking the start of the program’s second decade, the trophy has been redesigned and will be unveiled Oct. 26 at the awards banquet. This year’s theme is “A New Mark of Excellence.”
The awards ceremony and dinner dance will be held at El Cortez Hotel Convention Center, 730 Beech St., San Diego. Admission to the ceremony is $35 for BIA members, $45 for non-members, and to the dinner dance is $45 for members, $55 for non-members.
