UDC Development Co. Changes Its Name

UDC Development Co., builder of Las Brisa Bernardo in Rancho Bernardo and the Golf-oriented community of Shadowridge in Vista, has changed its name to UDC Homes.
Chicago-based UDC Development has converted to partnership status under the name UDC-universal Development, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership according to Tom Parsons, San Diego division manager of UDC Homes. UDC also builds in Arizona.
