A $4.5-million, 100,00-square-foot full service home and garden center is planned for Terra Vista, Rancho Cucamonga. The 11.5-acre site, located on Foothill Boulevard east of Haven Avenue, will break ground in late 1986, with occupancy in 1987.
The home and garden center designed by McClellan, Cruz & Gaylord of Pasadena, is a project of Lewis Homes, within the $1-billion, 1,320-acre mixed-use community of Terra Vista that will eventually comprise parks, schools, retail, commercial and medical facilities.
