New Country II, a single-family home by M. D. Janes Co. at 251 Riverside Drive in Ontario, will have its grand opening this weekend.
The project offers two- and three-bedroom homes, with one or two baths, sized from 769 to 1,030 square feet of interior living space in one-or two-story plans. Prices range from $74,900 to $92,900, with a homeowners’ monthly fee of $79.
New Country II offers a Southland life-style environment with large heated swiming pool, spa and cabana, and a tot lot for families with children.
Individual home features include vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, central air conditioning and heating, carpeting and two-car garages.
The sales office is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
