Pollution Talks Start

GENOA, Italy — Delegates from 17 countries have gathered here to discuss how to save the Mediterranean Sea from pollution. The conference, which opened Monday, was called 10 years after Mediterranean countries signed an agreement in Barcelona, setting up a plan to safeguard the ecology of the Mediterranean.
