Doctor Appointed

Dr. William K. Hummer, senior member of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. John’s Hospital and Health Center, has been appointed to the President’s Committee on Mental Retardation. The committee, under the direction of Health and Human Services Secretary Margaret Heckler, meets four times a year in Washington and makes recommendations for legislation.
