Bus Hits Crowd, Kills 26

ACCRA, Ghana — A bus plowed into a dancing, festive crowd celebrating a minor chief’s assumption of office in central Ghana, killing 26 people, the Ghana news agency reported Sunday. The junior chief, whose name was not disclosed, was among the dead.
