Sprinters Carl Lewis and Calvin Smith head a U.S. track and field team that will compete against the national teams of the Soviet Union and Japan this weekend, The Athletics Congress announced.
The three-way meet will be in Tokyo’s Olympic Stadium Saturday and Sunday. Highlights will be televised Sunday at 5 p.m. on cable network WTBS.
