South and North Korea held a fourth round of talks on economic cooperation but failed to agree on the details of establishing a joint committee to promote trade and economic exchanges. The two sides disagreed, among other things, on the number of subcommittees and delegates to be set up. They will meet again Nov. 20 at the truce village at Panmunjom.
