An unidentified man was found dead early Saturday morning in Van Nuys, police reported.
The victim, who had been stabbed several times in the upper body, was found in the 14500 block of Blythe Street near Van Nuys Boulevard at 12:15 a.m., Lt. Richard Pooler said. Officers were called after neighbors, hearing noises and seeing the body, called an ambulance.
The man, a Latino, was about 23 years old, Pooler said. There are no suspects in the slaying, which police think was related to a robbery, he said.
