Community of Single-Family Homes Opens

Camino Grande Villas, a development of 88 single-family homes in Anaheim Hills, opens today with 20 homes priced from $119,500 to $145,500 with VA, FHA and conventional or bond financing.
Designed by Hales-Langston of Orange, the homes are being offered in one- or two-story floor plans with two or three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths and 1,160 to 1,534 square feet.
Among the features are wood-burning fireplaces, tile roofs, vaulted ceilings and breakfast nooks or snack counters.
A project of Anaheim Hills Development Co./Boulevard Enterprises, the homes are scheduled for first move-ins in early 1986.
The sales office, staffed by American Home Builders Marketing Services Inc., and three models, decorated by Yeiser-Garland Inc., are open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 6020 E. Overland Circle, just west of Stage Coach Road.
