Dean O. Allen has joined Lockheed-California Co. in Burbank as director of the information services division, which includes computer and telcommunications operations.
Allen comes from Rockwell International, where he held various finance and information systems positions. He replaces John Gilbertson, who is now working on the company’s advanced tactical fighter proposal.
