Accident Victim Dies: A Huntington Beach man died Tuesday of injuries he suffered Sept. 20 when his motor scooter collided head-on with an automobile in Costa Mesa. Bruce Langton, 23, died at 2:40 p.m. at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, where he was taken after his scooter collided with a car on Baker Street between Fairview Road and Harbor Boulevard.
