The council awarded a $107,167-contract to Ryco Construction Inc. for the East End Street and Westwood Boulevard/Pickford Way Tree projects.
The contract includes replacing decayed carob trees on Westwood Boulevard/Pickford Way with 24-inch Carrotwood trees. Thirty-eight homeowners requested the tree replacement.
