Nuby H. Sears has been appointed an investment marketing specialist with the Grubb and Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services office in Newport Beach. He will work in his new position with investment property sales in Orange County, specializing in shopping centers, office buildings and industrial properties.
Before he joined Grubb and Ellis, Sears, 26, was an investment sales specialist with Marcus and Millichap of Newport Beach for a year. He was a residential sales agent for Skyview Realty of Mission Viejo for six years.
