Councilman Martinez and Credit Card Abuse

Until recently, San Diego City Councilman Uvaldo Martinez has been quite successful in his relentless campaign to portray patrons of adult bookstores and card rooms as “undesirables” whose mere presence sullies San Diego’s new pristine facade downtown.
If, in fact, Martinez has abused privileges accorded City Council members by wasting city tax revenues on lavish but dubious “city business” affairs, then perhaps it is Martinez whom San Diego can do without.
