Girls’ Volleyball Titles to Be Decided Today

The Southern Section high school girls’ volleyball tournament finals will start today at 9:30 a.m. at Huntington Beach Marina High School.
The feature match will have No. 1-seeded Manhattan Beach Mira Costa (19-0) playing No. 2 Newport Harbor of Newport Beach (18-1) for the 5-A division title at 8:30 p.m.
Flintridge Sacred Heart (17-2) and Brentwood (16-3) will play for the Small Schools title at 9:30 a.m. The 1-A championship game between Southern California Christian of Anaheim (18-0) and Covina Charter Oak (23-0) is scheduled for 11:30 a.m.
Ojai Nordhoff (16-0) and Anaheim Magnolia (18-4) will play for the 2-A title at 1:30 p.m. Lake Arrowhead Rim of the World (20-0) and La Habra (15-3) will meet for 3-A title at 3:30 p.m., followed by Marlborough (17-1) vs. Notre Dame Academy (15-2) in the 4-A final at 6:30 p.m.
