Penner’s Goal Gives Golden West Tie With Irvine

Pat Penner’s goal 19 minutes into the second half Friday gave Golden West College a 1-1 tie with Irvine Valley in a South Coast Conference soccer match played at Irvine.

Goalie Erik Smith made 10 saves for the Rustlers, who are 6-3-2 in conference and 8-7-6 overall.
