Peter H. Boughdadley, Home Contractor, Dies

Peter H. Boughdadley, stepson of Orange County developer Randall Presley and great-grandson of the late film producer Cecil B. De Mille, died Friday in an automobile accident in south Orange County.
Boughdadley, 29, a resident of Coto de Caza, was a contractor who owned a custom-home-building company. Boughdadley Enterprises had recently completed luxury homes in Big Canyon, Coto de Caza and the Nellie Gail Ranch.
Boughdadley was a graduate of Newport Harbor High School and Orange Coast College. He also attended Arizona State University.
His stepfather, Presley, is founder and retired chief executive officer of The Presley Companies, one of Southern California’s largest home-building firms. His great aunt was the well-known choreographer Agnes De Mille.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothea; their infant son, Travers; and his mother, Cecilia Presley.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Pacific View Mortuary Chapel in Newport Beach. Burial will be in Pacific View Memorial Park.
The family requests that contributions be sent to the City of Hope in Duarte.
